Stephanie started with TEAM back in 2007 as a Promotional Specialist - we sat down with her to uncover her story, favorite roles, and the path that led her to where she is today.
Starting her career at a bank, her promotional specialist role was “just a part-time thing”. She saw an opportunity when her manager resigned, and she took it because she was passionate about the brands she was promoting, not ever dreaming of the position she is currently in. She then moved on to the Miller Brand Activation (MBA) for 2 years. Then as an Event Manager at Bacardi in 2011, and later, Division Manager for the Great Lakes Region in 2013. After becoming a Training Manager at Molson Coors, in 2019, she pitched Cresco, onboarded the team, and took the client over as the main point of contact, still running the account. Now, she’s a pivotal force in Molson Coors and Cresco, working on the field and sampling team!
Her favorite role? Training others at Molson Coors as well as being a Division Manager for the Great Lakes region. She loved the challenges and growth opportunities her career path provided. As for the future, Stephanie sees herself incorporating more coaching to empower her team.
Now, for some rapid-fire facts: Stephanie loves public speaking, has a soft spot for pets, is a travel enthusiast, nurtures her plant family, and enjoys unwinding with some Housewives and some Topo Chico Aguas Frescas.
We asked her for some holy-grail career advice, and she shares: 1. Simplify your manager's job. 2. Lead with empathy. 3. Go above and beyond every day.
Lastly, “Be open to asking questions and don’t ever be afraid to speak up for yourself.”
Thank you, Stephanie, for an amazing 16 years of unwavering dedication, passion, and an inspiring future ahead. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for you!

Individuality is worth celebrating—boldly, loudly, and unapologetically. And there’s no stage better suited for this than the 2024 MTV VMAs.
35,000. This is not an exaggeration. The number of events a year managed by Kim Hucko and her team is seriously hard to wrap our brains around, and yet they make it look so easy. 😌
